![]() ![]() My price range is about $20-$50 USD (per game), although for something absolutely amazing I'd go to $75, (but like, I'd need minis or fancy dice or something). I haven't really done any deep exploration on boardgamegeek, I just kinda looked to see what Amazon had for 2 players. I'm looking at the physical edition of One Deck Dungeon (and possibly it's expansion, Forest of Shadow), Deck Box Dungeons, and 5-Minute Dungeon. It seems like it'd be better with 3 or 4. To start, I've already picked up Welcome to the Dungeon which has been fun, but I think isn't quite the right game for 2 players. Something that's a really good game with maybe two or three expansions, I'll still be interested in hearing about it, but I am not going back down the rabbit hole that is Magic: the Gathering. I really would like games that are just one set, because the collector in me will want to buy all the expansions for a game. Eventually she would like to learn D&D, but we'd like to explore some smaller, lighter games before she takes that deep dive. Hey folks, I'm looking for a game (or two, or three) that would serve as an introduction to fantasy RPG concepts (dungeons, monsters, equipment, treasure, etc.) for my girlfriend and I to play together.
